Book Travelling Thursdays

Book Traveling Thursdays: Every book has a special someone!

168709 Book Traveling Thursdays is a weekly meme that was created by Cátia @The Girl Who Read Too Much and Danielle @Danielle’s Book Blog. All you have to do is to post covers of a book related to that week’s theme, which you can see at the Goodreads group. You have to post the original cover, the one that exists in your country, and finally your favorite covers and least favorite ones.

Today’s theme is: Every book has a special someone! Choose a book with your bookish boyfriend.
Well, for this, I choose Simon Lewis, from The Mortal Instruments. I haven’t read the last 3 books, but I can say that Simon is one of my favourite characters and he is like a male version of me, so I definitely love him!

Such a pity that I can’t watch Shadowhunters (yet)! But it seems that everyone is loving Alberto as Simon! And I can see why!

Original Cover: I decided to post the third book of the series, City of Glass. However, it’s not Simon in this cover; it’s Sebastian.

These original covers are good! But I’m glad they changed them, tho.

Cover from your country-Portugal:

The only changes are the bottom of the cover.

Favorite covers:

City of Glass (The Mortal Instruments, #3)
The new covers, all of them, are AMAZING! And, yes, this time, we have Simon on the cover!

One of the U.K covers: THE ART! OMG!

Least Favorites:

Polish cover. This looks weird.

City of Glass (Chroniken der Unterwelt, #3)
German cover- The only thing I like is the fact that it’s blue.

Město ze skla (Nástroje smrti, #3)
Czech edition_ Wow, what the hell is going on?
Mesto skla (Nástroje smrteľníkov, #3)
Slovak edition: It’s not appealing. It tells nothing about the story.

And that’s it for today! See you later, bookish people!
